Scientific knowledge of the world and scientific knowledge are the central link and the main essence of creative activity in human civilization. The history of the development of human society is a clear example proving the fundamental role of science as a result of comprehensive education at all levels – for the general progress of mankind, for economic development, for political maturity and for world stability. Without a quality education, it is impossible to achieve intellectual and personal maturity, a physically healthy population, a developed economy, a legal society, progress, sustainability and stability. It is scientific knowledge and the results of scientific research that protect human life and the environment from negative phenomena and form the basis for the development of society.
Based on these facts and the realities of the modern world, in order to strengthen the process of studying the natural, exact and mathematical sciences, as well as the development of technical thinking of the younger generation and youth, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 31, 2020, No. 1445 – 2020-2040 were announced “Twenty years of the study and development of natural, exact and mathematical sciences in the field of science and education”, which opened a new page in the development of Tajik science.
This year, this competition has been held for the third year, and now preparations are underway for holding stages of the competition in all scientific and educational institutions of cities and regions of the country. At the same time, it should be noted that since the beginning of the establishment of this competition, employees of the S.U.Umarov Physical–Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan take an active part in its organization and contribute to the development of this area. At the moment, the technical secretariat of the competition consists of young physicists from the Institute.
