INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL SCIENCES IN THE CIS REGION: CHALLENGES AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS”

On November 29 of this year, the International Scientific Conference “Physical and Technical Sciences in the CIS Region: Challenges and Development Prospects” was held at the S.U. Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. The conference was attended by the Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Amonzoda Ilhom Temur, scientists, academicians, and guests from the Republic of Uzbekistan and other CIS regions.

The conference was opened by the Director of the Institute, Zarifzoda Afzalshoh Qahramon, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, who gave the opening remarks to the Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Amonzoda Ilhom Temur. He welcomed the guests who had come from various regions of the country and abroad and highlighted the achievements of the Institute.

Then, according to the conference program, the floor was given to the distinguished guest, Professor of the “Physics” Department of the Bukhara Engineering and Technology Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan, D.Sc. Mustaqim Rofievich Jumaev. Professor Jumaev expressed his gratitude to the conference organizers, emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific cooperation, and presented his scientific report on “New Results of the Relativistic Theory of Classical and Quantum Ideal Gases.”

During the conference, the following speakers delivered their reports: Professor of the Department of Theoretical Physics of the Tajik National University, D.Sc. Solihzoda Davlat Kuvvat on the topic “Intensity of Scattered Waves in Plasma Under the Influence of Spontaneous Sources”; Head of the Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics at the S.U. Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, D.Sc. Abdullozoda Sabur Fuzail on “Mass Concentration of Suspended Particles PM2.5 in the Atmosphere of Dushanbe City”; Academician Izatullo Navruzovich Ganiev on the topic “Thermophysical, Thermodynamic, and Electrochemical Properties of the Lead-Antimony Alloy (SSUZ) with Alkali Metals,” along with other participants in the plenary session.

In continuation of the conference, scientists and academicians from various countries shared their thoughts and up-to-date information on the progress and development of natural and mathematical sciences. The conference then proceeded with section meetings on specific topics in the Institute’s halls.
