Important changes and additions introduced in the Second Announcement
1). The deadline for accepting materials has been extended until September 20, 2020.
2). Articles of the best reports of foreign authors will be recommended for publication in the peer-reviewed scientific journal News of the NANT (https://journals.anrt.tj/ofm.php).
3). Authors wishing to participate in the remote mode can send a link to the videofile of their report, saved in network resources (for example, Cloud, Yandex-disk, etc.) to the email address of the Organizing Committee “phti.tajikistan@gmail.com”. The introduction of the video presentation should mention this conference. Video links are accepted from authors who sent a text version of the material before 09/20/2020.
