INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR NUCLEAR PHYSICS RESEARCH
(ICNPR)
1960 – a group of cosmic rays was organized at the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the RT. 1962 – the Laboratory of Applied Nuclear Physics was organized at the Department of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the RT.
1965 – the Laboratory of Nuclear Physics was organized on the basis of the cosmic ray group and the Laboratory of Applied Nuclear Physics at the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
1966 – The Activation Analysis Laboratory was opened on the basis of the activation analysis group (Tashkent) and the neutron generator (Dushanbe).
1978 – The Department of Nuclear Research (without structure) of the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of the Laboratory of Nuclear Physics and the Laboratory of Activation Analysis.
1981 – The Laboratory of Nuclear Physical Research Methods of the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan on the basis of the Department of Nuclear Research and the Applied Nuclear Physics Group.
1986 – renamed the Laboratory of Nuclear Physical Analysis Methods of the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
1988 – organized by the Nuclear Physics Center of the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan (with the structure of the Laboratory of Nuclear Physics and the Laboratory of Nuclear Physical Research Methods).
1993 – The International Space Research Center under the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan was established.
1994 – The International Space Research Center under the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan was transferred to the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan and is named the International Center for Cosmic Ray Research.
2005 – renamed the International Center for Nuclear Physics Research, of the S.U.Umarov Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan Physicotechnical Institute named after S.U. Umarova AN RT.
