In the third ten days of November this year, a delegation of scientists and specialists in the fields of physics, artificial intelligence, intelligent computing of big data, and network security of the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) of the People’s Republic of China is scheduled to visit the S.U.Umarov Physical–Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
Familiarization with this institute is carried out as part of the official visit of Chinese scientists to the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, where it is planned to discuss issues of joint advanced research in the field of intelligent big data computing technologies, including in materials science and engineering, including the intelligent design of optoelectronic functional materials and devices for lighting, energy, displays, sensors and telecommunications.
As mentioned above, in the process of becoming familiar with the potential of Tajik scientists and specialists in the field of high technology, a visit of a delegation of professors from the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications to the Physical–Technical Institute of the NAST is planned, where, among other things, performances are provided:
- Professor Ch.G.Ma – Dean of the Innovation Institute CQUPT-BUL;
- Professor P.Li – Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory for Intelligent Computing of Big Data;
- Professor W.Hou – Deputy Director of the Institute of Intelligent Communications and Network Security;
- B. Lou – lecturer at the School of Optoelectronic Engineering;
- J. Xie – lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Technology;
- M.S. Kurboniyon – postdoctor at the School of Optoelectronic Engineering (formerly PhD-student at the Physical–Technical Institute of the NAST).
It should be noted that the modern world in recent decades has been characterized by the unprecedented development of high technologies, and fundamental knowledge in the field of natural and exact sciences has acquired a central and decisive position in the development of industry in the modern world. On the other hand, the dynamics of research processes, the invention and development of new technologies, along with the strengthening of globalization factors, are developing with acceleration and new laws characteristic of modern times. In this dynamic environment, in the context of accelerating globalization processes, only timely comprehensive measures and accurate knowledge of the laws of scientific development make it possible to achieve positive leaps in the field of science in optimal ways. At the same time, one of the key points for maintaining the competitiveness of scientific research in the field of high technologies in these conditions is scientific cooperation and joint research.
