As previously reported, on November 21 of this year, a delegation of scientists and specialists in the fields of physics, artificial intelligence, intelligent computing of big data, and network security of the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) of the People’s Republic of China visited the S.U.Umarov Physical–Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. During the visit of foreign specialists, the institute held an extended scientific seminar on “Smart Mind”, “Super Vision” technologies, the use of artificial intelligence for probing optical data processing networks, the development of materials for intelligent light conversion, as well as multi-level cognitive training.
Let us recall that the acquaintance with this institute took place as part of the official visit of Chinese scientists to the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, where the issues of creating a joint research center in Dushanbe to conduct advanced research in the field of information technology, materials science and their joint application in industry were discussed. These general areas include the areas of cybersecurity, blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, and intelligent design of optoelectronic functional materials and devices.
